The important mission of caring for our region’s children requires both skilled medical professionals and generous community members. You can make a difference through donations, big or small, or by volunteering. At UMC Children’s Hospital, we know that, together, we can change the world for the better.
Donate Toys and Supplies
Consider helping us in our important mission at UMC Children’s Hospital by donating new toys, games, and other supplies.
Our greatest needs include:
- Crayons
- Coloring books
- Play-Doh
- Small toys to replenish treasure boxes
- Teen gifts (ear buds, nail polish, art sets, journals, etc.)
- Fun LATEX-FREE band-aids
- Infant rattles
Due to infection control standards, all gift donations must be new and unused.
Volunteer
The UMC Child Life department depends on Child Life Volunteers to help provide patient support and play opportunities. In addition to supporting our patients and their families, Child Life Volunteers help maintain clean and safe playroom environments for our patients.
